How long will my order take?Exactly how long it will take to receive your order depends upon the product and decoration required. Leadtimes also depend on the time of year. Most orders are despatched within 2-3 weeks of receiving your order, but please contact us for an accurate estimate of your specific requirements. Where possible, we will endeavour to meet any deadlines you may have.
Do I have to pay VAT?All prices on this website exclude VAT. Schools catering exclusively for children up to the age of 14 are exempt from VAT on school uniform. Secondary schools have to be charged VAT on ‘adults’ size garments. Please contact us for details on which sizes will incur VAT. All other items such as school bags, ceramics and tea-towels will incur VAT at the current rate. These VAT regulations apply to all orders from the UK and EU countries. All orders originating from and despatched to countries outside the EU are not subject to VAT. These VAT rules are set by the Government and are subject to legislation.
Do I have to pay VAT?Payment can be made by cheque, BACS. For your first order, we may require a deposit or full payment before despatching your goods depending on your organisation’s status. Thereafter our standard terms are payment on invoice. 30 day credit accounts are available on application and are subject to status.
CarriageAll deliveries will be charged at cost, normally around £9.00 + VAT per consignment for most UK mainland addresses and will be delivered by overnight courier. The courier will require a signature on delivery. Carriage for large orders and ceramics will be charged at cost. Deliveries to the very northern parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland and outlying islands and international destinations will be charged at cost. We will always advise you of any delivery charges when you order.
